Grades 6-8
Program Highlights:
- “Career Quest” scavenger hunts
- Field trips to local businesses, colleges, and creative studios
- “Dream Board Day” — students create visual career maps
- Interactive panels with professionals in arts, tech, trades, and health
Goal: Show students that their dream career is possible and reachable.

Read & Rise: Literacy + Financial Empowerment Program
Grades 2-12
Program Highlights:
- Reading Circles – themed around perseverance, identity, and dreams
- “Book Bucks” Incentive System – students earn points for reading or completing lessons, redeemable for prizes or books
- Parent Workshops – family nights on financial habits and college planning
- Financial Fun Labs – interactive activities on saving, budgeting, entrepreneurship
Goal: Strengthen literacy and life skills early to close opportunity gaps later.
